Mehmet Vance Fallen

Mother Vee's husband, a miner and foreman by trade, with taxidermy as his hobby. He helped people flee the burning mine and went back to rescue more, and did not come out. Aelion learned that he secretly blessed his wife's ring with a protection spell. The mounted head over the bar of the Last Lantern was his work, and Tüül used to play cards with him. The parish register says he died on the twenty-seventh of Emberfall, nearly two weeks after the others. His grave behind the church has fresh flowers.
